How to Make a Zombie Couple Video With AI (Step by Step, 2026)

Step-by-step: make the viral zombie couple video from two photos. Choose roles, story and memory, then download and post. Tips to fix bad results.

You can make the viral zombie couple video in about five minutes with two photos. This guide walks through every choice so your first render looks right.

What you need

  • Two photos: one of the survivor (who holds the gun) and one of the person — or pet — who turns into the zombie.
  • A few minutes: rendering usually takes 3–8 minutes.
  • Credits: a 15-second 480p video uses 1 credit, a 720p HD video uses 2. Packs start at $3.99 (pricing).

Step 1: Choose who's in your story

In the generator, pick Partner, Family, Friend or Pet. This changes the final memory:

  • Partner → the two of you close, forehead to forehead.
  • Family or Friend → a warm hug and laughter, never romantic.
  • Pet → you and your pet playing; the zombie keeps your pet's breed and markings.

Step 2: Add two photos

SlotRoleBest photo
Photo 1Holds the gunYou (or whoever survives), front-facing, good light
Photo 2Turns zombieYour partner, family member, friend or pet, face clearly visible

Tips that make the biggest difference:

  • One face per photo, looking toward the camera.
  • Sharp and evenly lit; head-and-shoulders or waist-up.
  • Two different people — the same person twice looks wrong.
  • No sunglasses, masks, heavy filters or group shots.

Step 3: Pick a story

Five settings, same four beats:

StoryOpeningDefault memory
The Last CabinCold abandoned cabin (the original)Golden wheat field
SnowboundFrozen mountain road in falling snowCosy fireplace
Rain PlatformDeserted train platform in the rainCherry blossoms
Last CityAsh over a ruined city streetCity rooftop at night
Till DeathRuined chapel, broken stained glassWedding day

Step 4: Choose the memory

The last shot is the one people remember. Keep the story's default, pick another (beach sunset, cherry blossoms, fireplace, rooftop, wedding day) or type your own place, like "the lake where we met".

Step 5: Quality and format

  • 480p (1 credit) is fine for a quick TikTok; 720p HD (2 credits) looks noticeably sharper.
  • 9:16 fills a phone screen; 16:9 gives the letterboxed movie look many viral versions use; 1:1 suits feeds.

Step 6: Create, download, post

Confirm you have permission to use the photos, press Create my zombie love story and sign in with Google. You can close the page — the video keeps rendering and appears in My Videos. Download the MP4 (no watermark), add a trending sound and post.

If the result looks off

  • Doesn't look like you? Use sharper, front-facing photos with better light.
  • Failed render? Credits return automatically; try clearer photos.
  • Wrong person turned? Switch roles and render again.

AI video still has limits — fast hand motion can show artifacts and likeness varies between renders. For prompt-level detail on how the shots are built, read the zombie love story AI prompt.
