Pricing questions
No. Credits you've paid for stay in your balance for as long as you keep your account.
A 15-second 480p video uses 1 credit and a 15-second 720p HD video uses 2. The format (9:16, 16:9 or 1:1) and the story don't change the price.
If a render fails or is blocked by the model's safety filter, the credits return to your balance automatically. You never pay for a video you didn't get.
No. Every video runs on a premium AI video model that costs real money per render. The smallest pack is $3.99 for one full 720p video — no subscription and no hidden 5-second previews.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe: all major cards, plus Apple Pay or Google Pay where available. Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase — see our Refund Policy.
